Above PAR Performance was founded with a simple goal: bring care, clarity, and pride to the automotive industry.
Whether your vehicle gets you to work, carries your family, or makes the weekend better, it matters. That’s the mindset behind the work.
Nico PalazzoloFounder / Owner / Operator
Nico is one of the founders of Above PAR Performance, bringing eight years of automotive experience and an enthusiast’s passion for cars to the business. He understands that a vehicle can be both a daily necessity and a source of pride, and he approaches its care with that in mind.
His enthusiasm continues beyond the shop. Nico enjoys attending car shows and drag races, taking part in autocross sessions, and connecting with others who share his interest in cars. He also brings experience with GM LS engines and an appreciation for the planning, patience, and attention to detail behind a personal project.
Outside of work, Nico is a family man who enjoys spending his downtime with his family or working on his own vehicles.
Nico helped found Above PAR with the ambition of building the Tri-State’s most trusted shop for repair, maintenance, and performance. For him, that reputation has to be earned through listening, clear communication, honest recommendations, and care for every vehicle that comes through the door.

Tyler Riggs
Co-Founder / Shop Foreman
Tyler brings 10 years of automotive knowledge and experience to Above PAR Performance. For Tyler, the connection to cars runs in the family, with a long history of automotive enthusiasts and professionals helping shape his passion.
He has a particular love for classic cars, especially carbureted small-block Chevrolets. In the shop, you’ll often find him performing timing services or working on a carburetor. And yes—Above PAR works on carbureted vehicles, too.
Outside the shop, Tyler is a family man who enjoys spending time with his wife and son, often attending races and car shows together at Edgewater.
Dylan “Dill” Riggs
Lead Technician
Dylan, better known as Dill, brings over nine years of automotive knowledge and experience to Above PAR Performance. If the last name looks familiar, there’s a reason: Dill is Tyler’s brother, keeping that family connection at the heart of the team.
In the shop, Dill can often be found replacing turbos or performing timing and water pump services on Ford EcoBoost engines.
Away from work, Dill enjoys spending time with his family or heading down to the track with his brother.
Do you work on everyday vehicles?
Absolutely. We handle everyday repair and maintenance alongside performance upgrade inquiries. Your car, truck, or SUV deserves the same attention as an enthusiast’s weekend ride.

Start by sharing your vehicle, its current modifications, and your goals. We’ll discuss the proposed upgrades, parts compatibility, and installation scope, then confirm which work we can take on and the next step.
How do I request an appointment?
Call or text 513-440-4259, or use the service request below to prepare a text or email. Include your vehicle details, what it needs, and your preferred timing. We’ll discuss availability and confirm the appointment with you.
What if I don’t know what’s wrong?
That’s a good place to start. Describe the noise, warning light, leak, or change you’ve noticed, and when it happens. You don’t need to arrive with a diagnosis.

We serve the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area by appointment. Contact us to confirm current availability and the service location before bringing your vehicle.
